Federal League Merges with Small West Coast League

In a stunning turn of events, the Federal League announced today that they have completed an arrangement to merge with the independent Pacific Ball Players League to form the Federal Baseball League. The new structure will feature three divisions, with the PBPL making up the league’s West Division.
