He said after the game, "I had my best stuff and did a good job of mixing up my pitches."
The Las Vegas manager said, "We just didn't swing the bats well today. Palmer did a good job keeping us guessing."
In all, the Wilkes-Barre hurler rang up 5 strikeouts and 2 walks in the shutout win.
Up to now Palmer has recorded a record of 12-9. He crafted a fine 4-hitter in blanking them 2-0 and chalked up 2 strikeouts and 3 walks along the way.
"It certainly makes my job easy," said the Wilkes-Barre skipper. "When my pitcher pitches a shutout. I can just sit back, watch and enjoy."

This disappointing performance ended his 22-game hitting streak.
"I'm a little down right now," Rojas told BNN after the game. "I couldn't get anything going when the team needed me and I hated to see the streak end, too."
